• Place order online or call our 800# if needed.  A photographer will call you within 24 hours to schedule

• In the order note area, please advise us of any security codes, CBS Code if applicable, and owner name and number if you would like us to contact them directly to schedule.

• We try to schedule as soon as possible - usually within 1-3 days

• For us to keep a timely schedule for all of our customers,  it is helpful to have your listing "camera ready" prior to our arrival.  Please have all lights on and fans off.  CLICK HERE for a "Preparing Your Home for Photography" handout.

• After the session, our goal is to process, edit and post the tour within 2 business days. All of our photos are high resolution - print ready for flyers or magazine advertising - edited in PhotoShop

• Agent will receive a notification email once the tour is activated.
